Executive Housing

Executive housing can be far enough away to drive to work. Comfortable housing perhaps owned by Central Services so changing executives doesn't mean an expensive transition.

One of the major expenses in hiring new executives is paying for the moving. By owning good houses the new executive will feel less pressure about the move to a new area.

The house can be refinished with each new tenant to keep the housing fresh.

The executive cannot buy the house when employment ends. Although some kind of equity can be built up that may be cashed in at employment end or moving to a bigger house as they move up the ladder.
