Building Production Lines

Central Services has the research capabilities to discover manufactuirng methods and be able, in engineering language, to talk to the machinery people.

Machinery people include both manufacturers of the machines as well as our choosen consultants. Consultants include consulting companies as well as individuals from universities and retired engineers.

By maintaining a data base of companies building machines and their offering we will try to install the most efficient and cost effective production lines.

Central Services needs to audit the production lines 4 times a year.

Machines, as much as possible, will be monitored by IIOT, which means the machines will have little computers or sensors to send working data to a central observation computer in central services: maintenance will be as needed and not just routine, which can lead to higher maintenance costs.

AS the library of properly designed production lines increases it lowers time to production output.
